I don’t know about you but being a PA plus a vegetarian, it’s really easy to overdo it on the carbs and miss out on protein, so I’m always looking for veggie-friendly ways of upping my intake on essential protein goodness. As we’re always running around and catching a bite whenever we can i do try to cook at home and carry food around with me.
