NO.G have a fab range which includes slow cooked beef and mushroom pie, butternut, spinach and emmental pie, chorizo topped frittata, cheese and tomato topped frittata, mini cheese and bacon soufflés, chocolate and morello cherry tart, and blueberry and vanilla cheesecake.
I tried quite a few of them and they were really very good. Tasty, fresh and just like real pastry. Being veggie I especially loved the bean tortilla and open tart, and as for the desserts – the cheesecake and the chocolate and morello cherry tart were awesome.
It’s worth noting that Coeliac UK has certified the brand as gluten-free, which means they’ve really done their homework and worked hard to make sure they’re providing delicious gluten-free treats that we can all enjoy. It took them over a year to develop the special pastry formula (and well worth the wait).
